The rules
A 50% deposit confirms your trip. The rest is paid on the day of the tour.
Prices are per person, plus 13% tax.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your trip.
For groups of 8 people or more, cancel at least 72 hours before.
From December 22 to January 3, in Holy Week and in Thanksgiving week, cancel at least 7 days before.
There is no refund for no-shows. If you come but decide not to take part, the full price is charged.

The rivers depend on the rain. If the water level or the weather makes a trip unsafe, we may change the route or the time, or move you to another river or date.
If high water cancels your trip, you choose: another river, another date, or a 50% refund.
If weather, a natural disaster or a closed road stops a trip, we may change or cancel it and refund part or all of the price.
Groups of 15 people or more can ask for a 10% discount.
Groups pay 50% to confirm, and the rest at least 5 business days before the trip.
